the project proposes a 9-storey residential building in lviv that rethinks urban living through a soft, fluid architectural language. the building responds to the corner condition with a sculpted volume, avoiding rigid geometry in favor of smooth transitions that create a more human-scaled and visually dynamic presence.

at ground level, a wave-like architectural gesture defines the interface with the city, accommodating commercial functions while opening the building to the street. this creates a permeable edge, where the boundary between public space and architecture becomes less defined.

above, the volume steps back into a series of open terraces, introducing greenery as an essential part of the façade. the architecture gradually shifts from a solid urban base to a lighter, more private environment, forming a vertical landscape that balances density with openness and connection to nature.
