this project forms a cohesive environment where sport, rehabilitation, and everyday life are integrated into a single spatial logic. three permanent structures — a sports complex, an ice arena, and a sports nutrition café — operate as interconnected elements, creating a continuous scenario of movement and activity.

the main sports complex combines high-intensity functions with recovery infrastructure. an underground parking facility for 140 cars removes traffic pressure from the site, allowing the ground level to remain pedestrian-oriented. a dual-purpose shelter space, designed for 600 people, is integrated into the structure and can be transformed into a squash hall in peacetime, making it an active part of the program. accessible roofs on each level extend the functionality of the building, distributing activity across multiple elevations.

the ice arena establishes an additional focal point, introducing both seasonal and professional use into the overall composition. adjacent to it, the sports nutrition café functions as a space for recovery and social interaction, completing the daily cycle of use.

the open территории is organized as a system of interconnected zones. a 200-meter running track defines the primary circulation loop, linking a basketball court, two tennis courts, table tennis areas, and a skatepark. a recreational and pedestrian zone integrates these elements, transforming the complex into a public space rather than a purely спортивний facility.

this project does not separate activity from recovery, or professional спорт from everyday use. it creates conditions where multiple scenarios coexist and reinforce each other, forming a resilient and adaptable urban infrastructure.
